Fun,safe outside to Jun 17, 2010
Bought this for my husband and a freind to use camping. They were like little boys playing with them. Went back and ordered a dozen. We have not run out of ideas who to give them to....our 5 year-old nephew and his dad, a birthday party favor. Just safe, fun.

Guns are fun but do break easy. That is why they are cheap to buy. Great for kids bday party gift bags.

Out twin boys LOVE these guns. We keep our camper stocked with an arsenal of these and a sack of potatoes--great fun on a weekend getaway for the pre-teen testosterone gang! The extras allow us to replace cracked guns, and to arm any innocent by-standers for all-out war. But beware--they're cheap, so you get what you pay for--they break, so order extras.

We ordered this 12-pack to use as party favors for our twins' 10th birthday party--again, a huge success, but 2 of them didn't work straight out of the box. Remember that these shooters fire tiny pellets of slimy, raw potato--definitely an outdoor activity. We always use them in graveled areas in case the pellets attempt to sprout after we leave!

This is a cute idea and it is fun to give the kids a gun and a potato and let them go. Sadly, many of the kids had to keep coming back to have be clean out the guns and un-jam them. We will definately keep using them.
