More of a statue than an action figure Jul 20, 2009 Rorschach will always be the coolest character from the best graphic novel of all time, unfortunately he could have gotten a better action figure. This action figure is simply for show purposes only. He has very little articulation and barely any poses. His head swivels, his arms can move up, his elbows bend and his legs rotate. While his overall look is very detailed this figure is quite disappointing. The bottom part of his coat "the dress part" is one big block and his legs stick out once the block ends. His waist does not move and his legs do not bend. Back at Comic Con 2008 DC stated that this figure would have a changeable clear mask plates to accommodate the moving fluids in the movie, surprisingly none of those features can be found in this retail version and is just another let down. If you want a Rorschach action figure this is the only one you'll get for a long time, Let's just hope DC decides to release a proper line of Watchmen figures in the future based of the comic and not the movie(Hooded Justice????).
Excellent Collector Toy Jul 20, 2009 I'd first like to state that this toy doesn't have many movable joints, and isn't meant, really, for play.
It doesn't stand on it's (included) pedestal very well, but the likeness, in my opinion, is the best with respect to the entire line of Watchmen collector figures.
Not only is he my favorite Watchmen character, but my favorite (collector) figure from the line, as well.
Well worth having for any collector.
The price was right, and shipping fast from my seller (Clever Acronym Toys through Amazon.com Marketplace), as well.
Super Cool Apr 20, 2009 This item was everything I was expecting. It's an awesome toy, very affordable and shipped very fast! Wonderful purchase!

Highly Detailed Mar 28, 2009 Figure sculpt is on par with that you would find with statues. Not the most posable, but this figure as well as the movie and graphic novel it is based upon, are not meant for children. Great for collectors who appreciate fine details.

Rorschach's Journal. October 12, 1985 Mar 17, 2009 This guy is my favorite Watchmen character. I thought about his mask for awhile. Anyone making customs is okay. But they are making a beanie mask of one of the designs in May. Onto the toy. There are 2 other variants of this figure. Prison and Unmasked. He has a stand and 2 pegs. 1 peg is for his foot to attach to the base since his legs have no articulation. The other peg is so you connect the other series 1 figures stands together in any order. He also comes with an open hand to hold his grapnel gun. Just as an FYI, the hands are very hard to switch so what I did was if I decide to get Dr Manhattan, I would keep the hand and spare pegs in the box. I used my favorite of Rorschach's quotes from the movie for the title. When Amazon does the selling of that mask, I will certanily review it.
